Job Summary:
- This is an administrative role that requires someone with strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- The individual will primarily assist QA Calibration, Manufacturing Engineering and Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Using reports generated from the Agile Equipment Control Database to perform a full inventory verification of all test equipment, fixtures, and related assets in each work cell/department.
- Updating identification and status labels on equipment to ensure consistency and compliance with requirements.
- Generating and attaching bar code labels to equipment for future automation.
- Taking photographs of equipment and attaching them to the corresponding records in the Agile database.
- Updating equipment records accurate information, including ownership, department location, and other relevant details.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Works closely with other engineering technicians and engineers to develop an expert level of understanding of our products to test, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair them.
- Performs complex experiments that may require support and coordination with other technicians or engineer.
- Follows work instructions to assemble or disassemble products or replace components.
- Responsible for the creation of detailed documentation.
- Creates comprehensive service and investigation notes.
Required Skills:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience reviewing QA documentation in medical device or regulated industry (non-negotiable).
- Basic computer literacy, including the ability to update records in a database and transfer/upload images.
- Comfort with administrative tasks and working within a structured process.
Education & Experience:
- Preferred Minimum Non-Technical Degree: Associate Degree
- Preferred Minimum Non-Technical Degree: 3+ Years
- Experience with Agile or Oracle is beneficial.
