Description: Remote- the HM will accept candidates from anywhere within the US, but east coast is preferred.
Work as an analyst in the Procurement department ensuring compliance with prevailing wage requirements to qualify for nuclear tax credits.
Support the prevailing wage reporting process by:
Checking that qualified work completed at the nuclear site has been reported by the respective contractors in a third party on-line system.
Reconcile contractor reported payrolls in the system to a site report of completed work.
Contact contractors to address reporting discrepancies including late reports, missing data, and non-compliant wages.
Contact contractors to determine whether on-site work should be reported in the system.
Provide periodic reports regarding contractor compliance with prevailing wage requirements.
Other administrative duties as needed to support the process.
Experience Levels:
Advanced: Full knowledge of related concepts. Typically has at least 4 years of experience performing this specific job function and requires minimal managerial oversight/direction.
