Schedule: Shift - DAYS - 8HR/10HR/12HR: Flexible
 
Job summary:
Physical Therapist (PT):
The Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation, planning, direction, and administration of physical therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician.
 
Occupational Therapist (OT):
An Occupational Therapist (OT) is a healthcare professional who helps individuals of all ages develop, recover, or maintain the skills needed for daily living and working.
 
Requirements:

• At least a MS in Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy required.
• Licensed in the State of Oklahoma required.
• BLS required.
• First Aid certification preferred.
• Crisis Prevention training (TEAM) required within 6 months of hire (PRN-N/A).
• Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience inpatient rehab or acute experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
