Job Title: Sterile Processing Technician
Location: Long Beach, CA 90805
Duration: 3 Months+ (Temp to Perm)
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 3rd Shift- 11:00 pm - 7:30 am
Pay Range: $25 - $32/hr. on W2
Summary:
The Sterile Processing Technician supports surgical services by executing high-quality instrument reprocessing and maintaining compliance with AAMI, IAHCSMM, and facility standards.
Responsibilities:
• Complete decontamination, assembly, packaging, and sterilization tasks.
• Inspect instruments for functionality and maintain accurate inventory.
• Support tray turnaround and workflow efficiency.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year sterile processing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of SPD standards.
• Active CRCST, CIS, or CBSPD & BLS – MUST HAVE.
