Sr Content Experience Manager
Sr. Content Experience Manager, WATCHMAN
Location: Hybrid (MG) – 3 days onsite (Team is onsite Tuesdays, other two days flexible)
Duration: 12 months (Potential for Extension)
Interview Process: Two rounds (1st with Hiring Manager, 2nd with Team Members)
Pay Rate: $57.75/hr.
Role Overview:
Client is seeking a Senior Content Experience Manager to create compelling, customer-centric content experiences that engage and educate healthcare professionals (HCPs) for the WATCHMAN franchise (a left atrial appendage closure (LAAC) device).
This role involves planning, developing, and executing integrated physician-focused content and communication strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on executor, capable of driving impactful digital storytelling while collaborating cross-functionally with Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, and other teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of content and communication strategies to drive engagement with HCPs.

Use research and audience insights to define key messaging, differentiation points, and content themes.

Develop message maps, brand narratives, and multi-channel assets to drive engagement.

Manage external vendors and agencies, ensuring high-quality content development and execution.

Collaborate with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Design, Marketing Automation, and IT to ensure content aligns with best practices.

Utilize performance analytics to test content effectiveness, optimize strategies, and drive continuous improvement.

Maintain brand and compliance standards, providing recommendations for content enhancement.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, sharing insights with internal teams.

Act as a thought leader, providing strategic guidance on content marketing initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.

6+ years of experience in content strategy or marketing campaigns within medical devices, pharma, biotech, or other regulated healthcare industries.

Equivalent experience in creative services, consulting, product, or strategic marketing is also considered.

Proven experience in developing digital storytelling content and multi-channel assets (website, email, social media, programmatic advertising, marketing automation, etc.).

Strong brand management expertise and experience collaborating with agencies and vendors.

Highly motivated self-starter with excellent collaboration and leadership skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams.

Detail-oriented, adaptable, and skilled in managing multiple projects and priorities.

Ability to travel up to 15% if required.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with SEO, marketing automation tools, and omnichannel marketing strategies.
