Key Responsibilities
- As outlined in the attached job description, the Ad Policy Analyst will be responsible for several key functions, including:
- Providing critical customer service by handling daily advertising policy questions from internal stakeholders and driving improvements to customer-facing functionality.
- Facilitating essential cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Operations, and Support Operations to ensure timely compliance with advertising policy guidelines and drive key projects.
- Conducting necessary research and analysis to resolve operational concerns, generate data-backed insights, and provide reports to leadership.
- Contributing to influential communication by clarifying complex information, proactively addressing needs, and providing expert guidance on policy application.
- Supporting ongoing policy analysis by identifying industry trends and providing data to advocate for potential policy optimizations.
Skills Required:
- Interest in online advertising regulations, policies, risk prevention and management
- Organizational and project management skills, ability to prioritize
- Experience researching and analyzing complex issues
- Detail-oriented, with an ability to distill the complex to simple
- Consistent, objective, data and revenue-driven point of view when making decisions often in ambiguous situations.
- Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- High proficiency with Workfront/ JIRA
- SQL/ Tableau experience
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree with work experience in similar or related field.
