Location: Deerfield Beach, FL
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (ET) + Rotational Weekends
Duration: 5 Months

Overview:
Seeking a skilled Patient Services Representative I (Phlebotomist) to join a healthcare team in Deerfield Beach. You’ll be the face of the company, drawing quality blood samples, preparing specimens, and ensuring a professional, patient-focused experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform phlebotomy and specimen processing (clinical + forensic)

• Explain procedures and build patient trust

• Maintain documentation and follow safety protocols

• Uphold a clean, professional, and efficient work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

• Phlebotomy certification (Preferred; Required in CA, NV, WA)

• Medical assistant or paramedic training (Preferred)

• 6+ months phlebotomy experience (Required)

• 1+ year preferred; pediatric & geriatric experience a plus

• Strong customer service & data entry skills

• Must live within 20–25 minutes of site (list city + commute time on resume)

• Reliable personal transportation required (No Uber, rideshare, or public transit)

• Must be punctual and dependable

Notes:

• Flexibility required: weekends, holidays, OT, and on-call shifts as needed

• Pay rate based on direct phlebotomy experience only (overlapping roles do not double count)
