Job Description

Graphic design requires intelligence, creativity, knowledge, and a strong affinity for images, words, and digital media. The Graphic Designer will create compelling visual designs for both print and digital platforms, including logos, packaging, advertising, marketing collateral, websites, and other published materials.

This role involves selecting and arranging artwork, creating illustrations, choosing color palettes, and contributing to overall design concepts. The designer will also conduct press checks when required and ensure high-quality production standards.

In addition to core graphic design responsibilities, the role requires intermediate UI design skills and mid-level knowledge of UI design principles. The designer will contribute to UI design delivery and research while ensuring consistency and quality across all UI deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Design layouts, graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for print and digital media

• Create UI deliverables including:

  • Mockups and clickable prototypes

  • Design systems and UI assets for development handoff

  • Simple animations and visual enhancements

• Interpret and apply brand guidelines into digital UI designs

• Ensure quality, consistency, and usability across all design outputs

• Collaborate closely with:

  • Product Designers (UX) on wireframes and design decisions

  • Software Engineers to support smooth design handoff and UI reviews of live code

• Participate in UI research activities, including:

  • Competitive analysis

  • A/B testing

  • Accessibility considerations

• Communicate effectively with creative team members such as writers, production artists, art directors, and creative directors

• Contribute to team process initiatives and gradually upskill in design leadership and stakeholder communication

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent)

• Strong creativity and artistic ability

• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory

• Intermediate UI design skills with hands-on delivery experience

• Mid-level knowledge of UI research methods

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
