Creative Services Traffic Manager
Job Title: Creative Services Traffic Manager
Location: Hybrid 3 Days in MG
Department: Creative Services Cardiology Group
Engagement Type: Contract with possible extension/conversion
Pay Rate: $46.80/hr.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Services Traffic Manager to manage the workflow of creative projects from inception to completion. This role requires 2-3 years of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced creative services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage creative project intake and resource assignment.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Prioritize and re-prioritize tasks based on deadlines, requirements, and team capacity.
- Track team capacity and coordinate with the Creative Services Manager for load balancing.
- Review project submissions for accuracy and completeness.
- Facilitate communication between creative teams, project owners, and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and status reports.
- Lead traffic meetings, provide project updates, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure quality standards and compliance with client expectations.
- Manage Monday.com platform users and permissions, collaborating on improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Advertising.
- 2-3 years of experience in traffic or project management within a creative services environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, advertising, or a creative agency.
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with creative production processes and terminology.
- Project Management certification (PMP or similar).
- Experience with Monday.com (workflow and project management).
- Solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for learning.
