Job Title: Contract Administrator
Location: Hollywood, CA (Hybrid - 2 days/week onsite)
Duration: 6+ months Contract (Possible extension)
Pay Range: $32/hr. - $35/hr.
Overview and Responsibilities:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, organized, proactive and curious individual to join our Contract Administration team. The Administrator will work closely with various departments including Legal, Business Affairs, Production, Casting, Labor Relations, Current, and Creative to administer the contractual obligations of all above-the-line talent. The candidate is eager to learn and understands the importance of miniscule details.

- Disseminates all start paperwork
- Generates on all assigned series
- A-T-L payment schedules
- Episodic writer & director agreements
- Option pick up & start date notices
- Notices of Tentative Writing Credits
- Creates and maintains show files and informational charts for all assigned series
- Sends out pertinent documentation & maintains charts in connection with the BCS, *** Anti-Harassment Training, NOE for all assigned series
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in business and legal affairs, production payroll and/or contract administration at a major studio or agency
- Ability to read and understand contracts and terms of payment
- Ability to work effectively and communicate with multiple internal and external groups
- Knowledge of Microsoft 360 - Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Additional Qualifications:
- Ability to effectively interact with a range of personalities and styles to establish and maintain relationships with various departments at *** & ***
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
- Ability to work well under pressure with many changing deadlines/strong time management skills
- Be a proactive contributor who can work both independently and collaboratively to balance multiple priorities at a time
- Have phenomenal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor s degree preferred, but not required
