Job Title: Phlebotomist I
Location: Boynton Beach, FL
Duration: 6 months
Shift: 6:30am-3:30pm EST - Monday-Friday

Overview:
The PSR I is the face of the company, responsible for collecting quality blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing. This role involves direct patient interaction, ensuring a safe, professional, and confidential environment while delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform phlebotomy procedures with skill and accuracy (including pediatric/geriatric).

• Prepare and process specimens following established protocols.

• Maintain accurate documentation and records.

• Provide exceptional customer service and explain procedures clearly.

• Follow safety standards and maintain a clean, professional work environment.

• Work independently and adapt to schedule changes, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Medical/paramedic training preferred.

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in CA, NV, WA).

• Minimum 6 months experience (1+ year preferred).

• Strong keyboard/data entry skills.
