Job Title: Senior Recruiter (Full Lifecycle)
Location: Fully Remote Must Reside in anyone of the 15 STATES (AZ, FL, GA, ID, IA, KY, MI, NE, NM, NY (outside greater-NYC), OH, TX, UT, WA (outside greater-Seattle), WI)
Schedule: Standard business hours 
Duration: 3 months contract (potential to extend)



Job Summary
The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for providing excellent staffing services to Client leaders and associates by delivering high-quality, professional-level candidates. This role requires managing the full recruiting cycle while ensuring a strong candidate and hiring manager experience. The recruiter will also serve as a brand ambassador, advancing the Client’s name across markets and professional communities.
This position requires a blend of strategic sourcing, relationship management, creativity, and organizational skills to identify and secure top talent, with a focus on the healthcare industry.




Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Perform full lifecycle recruiting, from requisition intake to candidate closing.
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, staffing agencies, and professional networks.
Source, identify, and pipeline top talent through online resources, networking, and referrals.
Review resumes, prescreen candidates, and conduct behavioral-based interviews.
Manage interview scheduling, logistics, and feedback sessions.
Extend and negotiate offers in alignment with compensation guidelines.
Maintain accurate recruiting documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
Develop and participate in sourcing strategies such as job fairs, university outreach, and diversity recruiting efforts.
Stay updated on recruiting trends and best practices.

Expertise in sourcing, full recruiting cycle management, and offer negotiations.
Excellent communication (oral & written) and project management skills.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and company policies.
Creative, forward-thinking, and adaptable recruiting approach.




Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 8–10 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of sourcing, networking, job analysis, candidate assessment, and compliance.




Additional Information for Suppliers
Remote Setup Requirement: Recruiter must have dual monitors and a docking station.
Contract Length: 3 months with potential for extension.
