Job Title: Patient Services Representative I (PSR I)
Job Location: North Miami Beach, FL
Job Duration: 5 Months (possibility of extension)
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm; Every Saturday until converted to clients employee, 6:30am - 11:00am

• The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) serves as the primary point of contact for patients, providing safe, accurate, and professional blood collection services.
• This role supports clinical and forensic specimen collection while ensuring patient comfort, confidentiality, and compliance with established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection (pediatric and geriatric).
• Prepare, label, and process specimens for laboratory testing.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
• Create a safe, professional, and patient-focused environment.
• Complete daily tasks accurately and on time under supervisor direction.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience (1+ year preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Data entry and basic computer skills required.
• Flexible availability as scheduled, including Saturdays.
• Reliable personal transportation required.
• Must live within a 20–25 minute commute of North Miami Beach.

Education & Credentials:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Phlebotomist certificate preferred but not required.
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

• Pay rate based on years of direct experience listed on resume.
• Attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
