Job Title: Digital Designer – UX/UI
Location: Foothill Ranch, CA 92610(Onsite/Hybrid if applicable)
Duration: 6 Months+ (Possibility of Extension)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $30 – $32/hour (W2)
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Digital Designer (UX/UI) with a user-first mindset and a passion for solving problems through research-driven, user-centered design. This role blends UX research, data analysis, and design thinking to inform and shape the user experience across digital products.
The ideal candidate thrives on collaboration, is detail-oriented, and enjoys working at the intersection of design, engineering, strategy, and marketing. You will gather user insights through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and other research methods to drive design decisions that meet user needs and business goals.

Whether designing a new interface or running a usability test, you're always thinking about how to make the experience more intuitive, useful, and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Define research goals, timelines, and appropriate methodologies
- Develop user journeys, personas, archetypes, and experience maps
- Collaborate with design, product strategy, engineering, and marketing teams
- Analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights
- Present research findings and recommendations through data visualization and storytelling
- Stay up to date with trends in UX/UI, product design, and human behavior
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong foundation in UX/UI principles and human-centered design
- Hands-on experience in user research, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys
- Ability to synthesize and present insights in a compelling and visual manner
- Proficient in user journey mapping and data visualization
- Curious, self-motivated, and confident in asking the right questions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience collaborating in cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Marketing, Strategy)
Desirable Attributes (Nice to Have):
- Familiarity with design thinking methodologies
- Exposure to human factors or cognitive psychology
- Experience in discovering and implementing new research tools or methods
- Ability to bring speed and efficiency to the UX research workflow
- Experience working with digital product teams or tech-enabled services
