Scheduler

Job Title: 

Job Location: South Plainfield, NJ (Remote role but need local for 2-3 weeks training)

Job Duration: 1 years of Contract (Possibilities of extension)

Note: 30 - 40 hours per week . (8 AM to 4 PM or 10 AM to 4 PM)

Pay Rate: $35 - $38/hr. on w2

Job Description:

• This positions primary function is scheduling for the Environmental Projects and Services group.
• The candidate must have strong communication skills and display quick problem solving and ability to multitask.
• The candidate must be knowledgeable with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word) also data entry experience.

Requirements:

• 5 years administrative/customer service experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational, communication and writing skills.
• Excellent customer interaction skills to resolve scheduling conflicts.

Desired Qualifications:

• Ability to resolve logistics issues involving scheduling requests
• Confidence speaking directly with field personnel, environmental coordinators, and suppliers
• Previous work experience in utility, construction, or environmental.
• Ability to adapt to various responsibilities and work collectively within a team.
