Position Summary:
- Worker is responsible for supporting a variety of initiatives to help us acquire new customers and increase our engagement with and retention of current customers.
- Candidate will play a key role in ensuring Marketing strategies are executed according to plan, on time and on budget.
- Gathers the requirements and proactively leads and executes assigned projects
- Help marketing organization ensure materials match approved content through extensive validation and proofing process
- Collaborate with our internal creative team as well as external agency partners to ensure marketing material and campaign designs remain compliant
- Maintains project timelines and status reports, communicates key milestones and risks to stakeholders
- Reviews and validates copy aProductst Source of Truth Documents for our Annual Enrollment Period
- Maintains spreadsheet of tracking metrics
- Project manages any campaigns where materials are sent to outside proofing agency
- Other work as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in marketing or related field.
- Experience working in highly regulated industry (Healthcare is a plus).
- Experience working with marketing project management/automation Toold
- Proven ability to work in fast paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
