Job Description: Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM EST
Skills: standard data entry: CRM, excel, email
Customer interactions on phone
Responsibilities
Review and validate customer accounts in CRM and Axapta for accuracy.
Confirm presence and accuracy of tax ID information for each account.
Conduct professional outreach to customers to request W-9 forms for missing tax IDs.
Update CRM records and complete alignment steps per SOP.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred); ERP familiarity a plus.
Professional communication skills for customer outreach.
Ability to manage confidential information.
