Job Title: Customer Account Data Validation
Job Location: Brea, CA
Job Duration: 2-3 Months (possibility of extension)
Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM EST
Payrate: $51.08/ hr. on w2

Responsibilities:
- Review and validate customer accounts in CRM and Axapta for accuracy.
- Confirm presence and accuracy of tax ID information for each account.
- Conduct professional outreach to customers to request W-9 forms for missing tax IDs.
- Update CRM records and complete alignment steps per SOP.
- Standard data entry: CRM, excel, email.
- Customer interactions on phone.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred); ERP familiarity a plus.
- Professional communication skills for customer outreach.
- Ability to manage confidential information.
