Duration: 5 Months (Possible Extension/ Temp to Hire)
Shift: Mon-Fri: 630a-330p & Saturday rotation: 7a-12p
Note: We have multiple locations available near Jacksonville. (Saint Augustine, Fernandina Beach)
Job Description:
Patient Services Representative (PSR)
The Patient Services Representative (PSR) is the primary point of contact for patients, responsible for drawing blood specimens and preparing them for lab testing. This role involves direct interaction with patients, creating a trusted environment while explaining procedures and ensuring high-quality, safe specimen collection. The PSR is expected to demonstrate leadership behaviors, maintain confidentiality, and prioritize process excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily tasks accurately and in a timely manner under the supervision of the area supervisor.

Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-focused environment.

Confidently collect and process both forensic and clinical specimens following established protocols.

Ensure all required documentation and records are completed and maintained.

Exhibit a commitment to the organization’s values and maintain a positive, professional image to patients, clients, employees, and the public.
Job Requirements:

Ability to consistently produce high-quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.

Capacity to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.

Proficient phlebotomy skills, including experience with pediatric and geriatric patients.

Flexible availability based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, and overtime.
Required Education & Certifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
