Product Verification & Validation Planning/Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Ability to develop and execute test and/or analysis plans for product verification and validation which includes but not limited to:
  • Ability to plan and coordinate test and analysis work for projects varying in complexity from single component to complete development programs of broad Product.
  • Ability to aid in establishing short- and long-term objectives, goals, and priorities.
  • Ability to operate in a team environment within PV&V (Product Verification and Validation) and the Engineering design community.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.
  • Ability to communicate within a cross functional team across multiple sites to drive results.
  • Ability to lead and execute vehicle tests.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically to support field or external laboratory testing.

Education:

• 4-year engineering or technology degree.

Experience and Knowledge:

• Experience with product verification/validation planning and execution.
• Possess knowledge of systematic corrective action processes (PDCA, 8D, 5 Why, etc.).
• Exposure to Riding Lawn Equipment and/or Utility Vehicle (UTV, ATV) products and applications.
• Possess a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Possess strong communication and organizational skills.
• Possess strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write in a clear and concise manner.
• Possesses strong MS Office skills.
• Able to work 1st shift position.
• Metatarsals shoes/boots are required.
