Job Title: Product Verification & Validation Planning/Reliability Engineer
Job Location: Horicon, WI
Job Duration: 12 Months (possibility of extension)

Responsibilities:
- Ability to develop and execute test and/or analysis plans for product verification and validation which includes but not limited to:
- Ability to plan and coordinate test and analysis work for projects varying in complexity from single component to complete development programs of broad Product.
- Ability to aid in establishing short- and long-term objectives, goals, and priorities.
- Ability to operate in a team environment within PV&V (Product Verification and Validation) and the Engineering design community.
- Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations.
- Ability to communicate within a cross functional team across multiple sites to drive results.
- Ability to lead and execute vehicle tests.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically to support field or external laboratory testing.
Education:
-
4-year engineering or technology degree.
Experience and Knowledge:
- Experience with product verification/validation planning and execution.
- Possess knowledge of systematic corrective action processes (PDCA, 8D, 5 Why, etc.).
- Exposure to Riding Lawn Equipment and/or Utility Vehicle (UTV, ATV) products and applications.
- Possess a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Possess strong communication and organizational skills.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to write in a clear and concise manner.
- Possesses strong MS Office skills.
- Able to work 1st shift position.
- Metatarsals shoes/boots are required.
