Job Description:
The nature of the work is focused on the company's human capital.
Develop, Implement and maintain talent acquisition channels, Internet tools and social media platforms for recruiting and diversity initiatives.
Continuously evolve a sourcing process along with pipeline specific sourcing frameworks, talent acquisition channels and candidate relationship efforts.
Develop, Implement and maintain sourcing effectiveness metrics, preferred vendor evaluations and assessments and consult with Talent Acquisition Managers and Recruiters on optimal resources.
Negotiate agreements, partner with Procurement and maintain directory of partners. Provide sourcing tools and training to include ROI measures. partners.

Expand the use of Web 2.0 Channels for recruiting.
Review performance of Channel strategy and assist in the creation of appropriate budgets and business case for continued investment.
Education:
Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 0-1 years directly relevant work experience
Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 1 yr; Masters + 0-3 yrs; Associates degree + 1-3 yrs; High School + 3-5 yrs.
