Description/Comment:The Team-Lead, End User Administration will manage IT resources to provide all personnel day-to-day Information Technology (IT) technical support for basic network and server infrastructure, internal workstations including software and hardware support, conference rooms, hoteling space and telephony. Core responsibilities include team management for IT associates including prioritization of workload, management of the ticketing system queue, ITSM reporting and engagement and collaboration with other IT team members as part of a global IT organization. The IT Support lead will also act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for variety of technical domains related to end user support. Prior experience supporting executive management teams required. The role is based in Washington DC, the global headquarters for the Danaher Corporation.

Essential Functions:

Perform Level 1 / Level 2 Desktop IT Lead Support duties i.e. hardware, software, network, printers, conference rooms and hoteling for all internal on-site and remote personnel. Collaborating with other functional team members including the Danaher Global Service Desk and Danaher Shared Services (GS3). Perform On-Boarding & Off-Boarding of all personnel with respect to deploying & recovering laptops and peripheral equipment.
Image, configure and deploy Windows workstations and laptops using standard deployment tools (SCCM) including application management (Crowdstrike, McAfee,OneDrive)
Troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat and other software as per existing corporate standards
Pro-actively troubleshoot end user issues as needed, and identify and capture root cause, action items, and lessons learned after all incidents and infrastructure events.
Enforce company security procedures and policies by ensuring all workstations meet security guidelines. Also creates and modifies documents for various processes and procedures needed for day-to-day activities.
Participate in operational reporting and management domains such as Daily Management and Scum Stand Ups.

Knowledge of macOS, Windows 10, Active Directory, Group Policy and Microsoft Application management and best practices
Knowledge of cloud-base infrastructure support tools and technology.


Education

Bachelor's degree required. MCSA, A+, Net+ certifications considered a plus

Experience

7 years or more supporting IT Infrastructure functions in a corporate desktop support environment
