Job Description

The Sr. Project Management Associate in will be responsible for the coordination, prioritization and tracking of activities of the Process and Quality group within Clinical Operations.

Tasks and responsibilities for this individual will include:

Develop and maintain detailed timelines for planning, coordination and execution of new process, process change and process improvement projects
Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with colleagues within and outside the department.
Scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and facilitating meetings
May screen and prioritize shared email inbox
Follow-up on status of deliverables due from team members
Understands the goals and objectives of the team and contributes to the attainment of those G&Os
May assist with development of process-related documents including flow charts, templates, PowerPoint slides, and business-enabling documents.
May review and participate in the quality assurance of process-related documents.

Specific education, experience and skills required for this role:

1 to 2 years' experience and a BS degree in a relevant field.
Proficiency with MS Office products, including project management programs (e.g., MS Project and Visio).
Experience using project management software is a plus
Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to convey complex information clearly.
Ability to critically analyze problems and provide creative solutions.
Confidence and discipline to work autonomously.
Ability to work on a number of projects with tight timelines is required.
Desire to strive for continuous improvement.
