Work days/hours: M - F 8am - 5pm

Pay rate: $18/hr

Some days onsite, some days work from home.

A quality assurance documentation specialist updates and verifies document records, specially risk management documentation inclusive of Hazard Analysis and FMEAs, to ensure the compliance with regulations and internal quality system requirements. As a quality assurance documentation specialist, your primary job is to update risk management files at the direction and discretion of Senior Quality Engineers. This includes using internal data to calculate occurrence of a probability of a failure. As part of your administrative duties, you may scan documentation and upload it to Teams/Sharepoint, locate documentation, and enter data into spreadsheets/word processing documents.

Qualifications: An associates degree in a technical field OR extensive experience with quality assurance practices and the regulations relevant to medical devices. Technical writing experience is also required. Having strong proofreading and organizational skills are essential.
