Specific Job Requirements

Coordinate the planning and project management of the Plan of Action (POA) including establishing and executing on timelines, facilitating the executive reviews, communicating the country level POAs key milestones, and reviewing the POA, all under manager's supervision
Support the Strategic Input Meeting (SIM) event being accountable for the SIM roster, review and prepare the SIM presentation slides in collaboration with the TAs, generate and distribute the executive summaries; coordinate the Global Medical Affairs Plan (GMAP) by reviewing the GMAP presentations and ensure the GMAP rollouts are successfully executed under minimum supervision
Support the AMCP dossier harmonization process to ensure timelines are met, manage vendor timelines, coordinate alignment meetings between TA leads and HEOR leads under guidance
Identify opportunities to support cross functional efficiencies and recognize best practices by establishing collaborative working relationships across Medical Affairs TAs

Strong organization and project planning skills
Able to work under limited direction
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail, excellent project management and problem solving skills
Demonstrate strong leadership skills with experiences over a diverse and broad set of functions
Must have ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Able to establish effective working relationships with a diverse range of internal and external key stakeholders

Specific Education and Experience Requirements

Minimum of 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Project Management, or Strategic Planning is highly desired
Advanced scientific or medical degree (Pharm D, PhD) is preferred
