Position Description Senior Advisor, Implementations


POSITION SUMMARY: Implementation Managers are responsible for onboarding new and/or existing clients joining Client Caremark. Caremark is a PBM (Pharmacy Benefits Management Company) responsible for managing Employers and/or Health Plan prescription benefit plans. As an Implementation Manager you have end-to-end accountability for the overall implementation project. The role can be client facing and requires someone who can drive project teams to specific milestones, while effectively collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver high quality and predictable outcomes.

As an Implementation Manager you have end-to-end accountability for the overall implementation project. The role can be client facing and requires someone who can drive project teams to specific milestones, while effectively collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver high quality and predictable outcomes.
EDUCATION:
Bachelors Degree Preferred
High School Diploma Required

PRIOR EXPERIENCE:
Project Management (1-3 years)
Client Facing preferred
Microsoft Office experience
Demonstrated use of Project Management tools
PBM experience preferred
Salesforce experience preferred

PROJECT MANAGEMENT REQUIREMENTS
Create and maintain implementation eProject Plans and supporting tools (Milestone Report/CRAID/Agendas/etc.)
Partner with cross-functional partners to align on client and project expectations following eProject Plan
Work within Salesforce navigating project tools and case management
Escalate appropriately when support is needed or risk is identified, linear and/or cross-functional escalation
Send weekly meeting Agenda and meeting notes 24hrs prior and after meeting takes place

SOFT SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Inclusive communication skills transparent and trustworthy
Strong relationship building skills approachable and consultative
Flex communication approach based on client/partner style (friendly approach vs. direct approach)
