Project Coordinator
Integrated Resources, Inc

Full-Time
This contractor will be supporting the environmental needs of Projects & Construction (P&C) inside plant project, M&R gas construction project and Corporate Real-Estate (CRE) facility upgrade projects that are managed by the Environmental Projects Team. All of these projects are capital-based support.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide field work support for waste disposal needs of various waste streams (e.g., soils, water, drums, etc.).
2. Execute manifests and sign off on T&M worksheets.
3. Direct contractors/vendors on job assignments for the day and provide site access when necessary.
4. Track various waste streams including but not limited to water shuttling and/or water disposal quantities, soil shipments, roll-off container inventories, drum inventories, etc.
6. Ensure contractors/vendors have the appropriate PPE, safety requirements, documentation, and equipment/materials to complete services being requested.
7. Complete oversight of environmental sampling needs and/or spill cleanup on project sites.
Required:
1. Computer skills including Microsoft applications and database entry.
2. Effective communication skills to work with Project Coordinators and various vendors/contractors.
3. Valid driver's license.
Preferred Skills:
1. Department of Transportation (DOT) training.
2. Construction Safety Training & Certifications.
