Job Description

Heavy picking/packing experience, order pulling and cycle count Must be able to stand the entire shift. Must be willing to work in a warehouse environment. Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs Hours: Week one: Sunday 8am-5pm Monday through Thursday 2pm-11pm off Friday and Saturday Week Two: off Sunday, Monday through Thursday 2pm-11pm,Friday 1130am -830pm Must have a current TN pharmacy technician license or be willing to apply within two weeks of hire. Fill prescription orders accurately and efficiently. Fill medication orders accurately and efficiently using the PPS system. Accurate counting of medications utilizing a manual process as well as EyeCon counters. Assist the pharmacist with scanning and labeling of special program medication orders in the bulk area. Review order for special instructions such as safety caps and include appropriate paperwork and supplies with each order. Adhere to Pharmacy Tech protocol and sign off that guidelines are understood (yearly) Perform ancillary duties to support all Fulfillment functions. Replenish stock and perform cleaning and maintenance for all pill counting equipment. Assist in the shipping area when necessary.

Duties:

• At least 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician coordinating activities in an administrative support function. * National pharmacy technician certification. Eligible for state registration, certification or licensure per state regulations. * Advanced computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet utilization. * Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal) a must.

Experience:

Minimum (1) year experience required in a customer service position with high volume call center experience; preferably in healthcare, social services, or a similar service position.

Education:

Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
