Job Description

The Client Nurse Practitioner delivers defined patient care services in a retail clinic environment. You will work in collaboration with a dedicated team of professionals as you independently provide holistic, evidenced based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients ranging in age 18 months and above. Care is documented via computerized electronic health record. This position reports directly to the Senior Practice Manager.Client is a division of ***. Position Summary:

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide clinical oversight for testing services in a unique COVID-19 patient testing environment, including onsite employer clinics, mobile sites, onsite retail location, and other possible site locations. Reporting to the Senior Director of Field Operations, you will participate in an interdisciplinary team ensuring exceptional care is provided for all patients. In the Family Nurse Practitioner role, you will be part of a team that is reinventing health care through innovation, collaboration, and caring. Our purpose is helping people on their path to better health and back to work through provision of high-quality and accessible healthcare solutions for our patients. Family Nurse Practitioners will work independently while maintaining awareness of how actions influence the clinic, practice and the healthcare industry.

Duties:

Educate patients on maintaining proper health to influence quality outcomes. Experience:

Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing and active in this state. Current National Board Certification, Family Practice. Proficiency with information management and technology. The ability to be proficient in both speaking and writing in Spanish may be required, depending on the market.

Education:

Completion of masters degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role
