Description/Comment:As a Laboratory Administrative Technician you will work in an Engineering Laboratory environment supporting and managing the day to day administrative, clerical, and logistical operations for a Diagnostics Research and Development organization. This job requires a detail-oriented, proactive, and driven individual with proven proficiency in MS Office suite, excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders in a highly technical environment. Perform lab and office administrative tasks, including test material acquisition, equipment acquisition, and lab organization. Maintains inventory/supplies necessary for testing purposes. Scheduling of instrument testing and use of equipment. Ensures all laboratory work is documented in compliance with company policies and regulatory bodies. Properly maintains laboratory notebooks/log books. Ability to give and follow written and oral instructions; ability to communicate effectively with others. Strong Technical background is not required but desired. Laboratory Administrative Technician will be required to understand the basic nomenclature of instrumentation in the lab, equipment, and materials. Learn quickly the basics of Danaher Business System and implement the gained skills/knowledge in a daily basis.
