HRIS Contractor ( Contractor Role (start ASAP)
We're looking for a skilled and dynamic individual to help support the overall direction of the HR technological strategy and broader people operations. As a practitioner, you'll get to roll your sleeves up and impact the success of the global team, drive value and efficiencies to the business, act as a subject matter expert in various business opportunities and challenges, while working on newer and exciting Oracle ORC platform and products that we have recently launched.
This role also participates in research and development to enable continuing evolution and optimization within the infrastructure while ensuring that HR systems and related procedures adhere to organizational processes, policies and guidelines.
This role will assist cross-functional project teams with technical expertise, analysis and execution; support of people operations team in executing, testing and rolling-out the solutions while also driving issue resolution. This individual will also help build and leverage extensive Oracle knowledge, with an emphasis on Recruiting, Benefits, and Reporting.
Responsibilities also include:
  • Provide production support as an escalation point including, but not limited to, researching and resolving system or integration issues, unexpected results or process flaws; recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
  • Conduct data input (corrections/updates) and data auditing.
  • Perform basic system configurations.
  • Generate reports/queries, including; writes, maintains and supports a variety of reports or queries utilizing reporting tools available to support organizations reporting requirements.
  • Contribute to new projects, collecting requirements, conducting testing, and preparing change management materials.
  • Translate data into business insights using analytical capability and story-telling skills.
  • Understand and document the HR business processes, and create/maintain and change management materials.

Knowledge:
  • 3+ years HRIS and people operations experience
  • Working knowledge of Oracle functionality, configuration and reporting particularly in Oracle Cloud Recruiting, Benefits and Integrations.
  • In depth understanding of employee life cycles as it relates to HR internal processes (recruiting, career progressions, terminations, benefits, etc.) and its bilateral relationship and impacts to the companies HR technological strategy
  • Experience testing and supporting Oracle upgrades, business processes and reporting
  • Experience in all phases of technology implementation life cycle.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business or Human Resources or Oracle HCM Certification.
