Job Description


Development of the generic injectable product strategy having responsibility for existing products and new product launches.
Develop annual forecasts for new and existing products, working with multiple departments to Product valuable input and insights into market conditions and potential impacts to forecasts.
Responsible for developing the financial forecast of the product portfolio for the annual budget and subsequent projections as required by senior managmenet.
Evaluate portfolio performance versus budget and work with internal stakeholders in implementing strategies and tactics to ensure maximum performance of portfolio.
Analyze external environment, market trends, and customer behavior to guide demand planning and provide inputs to Supply Chain for supply planning.
Lead annual departmental budget planning and management.
Analyze changing market conditions with inputs from internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications - Skills & Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business or Finance; MBA preferred
Demonstrate strong leadership, sound decision making, influencing, and negotiation skills.
3-5 Years of generic injectable pharmaceutical marketing experience
Strong understanding of customer & competitor behavior, promotion process, product management and pricing.
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills.
Strong understanding and experience in utilizing IMS for product research.
Strong understanding and experience in working with Excel for product analsysis requirements.
Proven track record of managing generic product launches.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills;
Ability to effectively manage departmental budgets and forecasting of existing and new product launches.
Strong leadership and management skills along with the ability to hire and mentor talent.
