Job Description

Specific Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for assisting with the implementation and maintenance of digital communication programs that support Client's corporate brand and business objectives.
Essential Duties and Job Functions: Provide support and assistance to the team charged with building and maintaining Client's corporate digital and social presence by moderating social communities/platforms, managing routine updates to the corporate website and coordinating digital media buys.
Social Community Moderation:
- Work with agency partners and content management systems to routinely monitor corporate social media platforms. Highlight opportunities for engagement and escalate issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain an editorial calendar and route content for necessary approvals.
Corporate Website Maintenance:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all website content is up to date and is consistent with other corporate materials. Coordinate with regulatory, legal and international affiliates to ensure that regulatory and transparency requirements are met in a timely manner.
Coordinate Digital Media Buys
- Assist with budget tracking and ad unit trafficking across functions and international locations in support of ongoing digital/social media buys.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects (timelines, budgets, priorities) simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and close attention to details.

A good understanding of social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram).
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Knowledge of enterprise social media tools and content management systems, including social media publishing and listening tools (e.g. Hootsuite, NetBase, Sprinklr, Spredfast).

Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Typically requires a BA degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
