Job Description: Responsible for developing, negotiating, drafting and interpreting contracts of varying Product and complexity in accordance with corporate policies and business strategies. The role involves but it not limited to:
Drafting, review, negotiate and build consensus on Risk Adjustment and Medical Economics contracts for example, Saas, Subscription & Software License agreements, NDA, BAA, Master Vendor Services agreements;
Provide business clients with advise of potential risks and opportunities related to contract negotiations, and management of the risk;
Clear communications with stakeholders regarding expectations, risk, regulatory compliance and risk.

Working with urgency
Collaboration with subject matter experts
Personal and professional attributes that are critical to successful performance for Individual Contributors.
Communicate Education/Experience:
Paralegal Certificate or in-house legal experience highly desirable;
Minimum 5 years direct experience in negotiating and drafting contracts
Excellent communication, analytical and writing skills.
Knowledge of Risk Adjustment and Medical Economics required.
Knowledge:
Experience in the following areas, a plus: IT licensing, maintenance and support services, finance, insurance,; Healthcare industry, insurance company regulation, corporate governance, and subsidiary maintenance.
