Description/Comment:The basic purpose of this position is to handle inbound and outbound interactions for a specialized client to provide verbal lab results.

Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Service Oriented
Excellent listening skills
Provide prompt, courteous assistance
o 60 inquires per day
Document each encounter
Provide White Glove Service
Utilize resources and follow established processes to resolve tasks.
Adhere to schedule
Meet quality standards
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
2 years customer service
Call Center Experience (preferred)
Home Internet Hard Wired Access with minimum 70mbps download and 20mbps speed
Quiet place to work without distractions
Proficient in computer systems
o Word
o Excel
o Outlook
o Salesforce (preferred)
Excellent critical thinking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
